Every year at the Mancino home we have a Christmas Eve celebration, Italian style. We serve the same menu every year, Salmon, Fettucine Alfredo, Caesar Salad and many other seafood dishes. This year was especially joyous with Amelia, and we felt a little magic thinking about the years to come when she will understand more about Christmas.

We had a wonderful time Christmas Eve, and yes it was made more precious because we had Amelia. She is the best present one could get. I love you Amelia.
