Tony took these photos! They took a stroll down to the park and had a little daddy-daughter time :)

Disney!

This Saturday we made our first trip to Disney, not sure what the baby would think, and how much she would comprehend.... but that worry quickly faded as soon as we entered the gates. The rides that we passed up for years and years suddenly became very important, such as the Carousel, Dumbo and Its A Small World (still have that song in my head). It was by far the best time I have ever had at Disney, and I walk away with a new appreciation and love for all that they do to make children's experiences very special.
Amelia loved the Carousel! She quickly got accumstomed to the horse, and the look of sheer thrill and excitement was on her face for the entire ride. She even let out a little whine when it was time to get off.

Amelia met a little boy at Pooh's Playground. This little cutie touched her hand through the window, what a sweet little moment. Good thing daddy didn't see!

Minnie Mouse's House had a complete kitchen with a kitchen aid! Minnie must have been making a birthday cake :)

Auntie Crystal was babysitting the sweetest children in the world, Grace and Jack. They loved making Amelia smile!
At the very end of the day, we watched the night parade. Amelia was so captivated by all of the lights and music, she didn't miss a single beat. When the parade ended and the very last float went by, she clapped! It was a magical day, one we will never forget!

Splish Splash!

Amelia LOVES bathtime, and it has become even more excited with the new bath toys she received for Christmas from Auntie Nicole and Auntie Crystal. She would spend hours in the tub if we let her, so her Grammie (aka Grandma Elaine) got her swim lessons for Christmas. She will be beside herself with an even bigger bathtub!

Mancino Christmas Eve

Every year at the Mancino home we have a Christmas Eve celebration, Italian style. We serve the same menu every year, Salmon, Fettucine Alfredo, Caesar Salad and many other seafood dishes. This year was especially joyous with Amelia, and we felt a little magic thinking about the years to come when she will understand more about Christmas.
